Periodically I will add recipes that I have tried, or taught in my classes. I try to have as many ingredients that can be found locally in season as possible. Feel free to experiment with flavors that you enjoy most and leave us feedback about what you did and how it came out. Once in awhile I may even put up a failed recipe attempt and brainstorm with all of you as to how it could be improved – I love doing that with my classes which is why we will always create or try recipes that I have never done before, so those taking the class can learn to adjust a “failed” attempt and hopefully revive it.

Be adventurous in the kitchen – take risks, try new things, explore flavor!
